So let's go ahead and see some colors.
Actually, lemme talk about them a bit first.
All of these colors pack a SERIOUS punch and a little goes a loooong way. You do not need a lot to get good pigmentation. For each of these pictures I only dabbed 3-5 spots on my lips and then applied with the lip brush that came in the set. The only one I did a little more for was Black Dahlia because I wanted the color to be deeper, but that just proves that these colors are ones buildable.
These do transfer but I also have no idea if I use regular setting powder to set them or what...I think I'm gonna give that a try when I swatch the 12 set.
I will say that this stuff will stain your lips if you are not careful! I exfoliated my lips between each swatch to completely get the color off because just using a warm bath cloth wasn't cutting it.
Oh, and a lip liner IS needed with these or the colors will feather! So grab a clear lip liner like Urban Decay Ozone or a flesh tone liner, or whatever you feel like using really.
So I know that second picture is pretty blurry but it shows off the color of the tar in the tube and on my lips pretty well.
Now Memento is described as a pink/plum neutral. I don't see anything plum about it, but it is most definitely pink. On it's own it's to bright for me, but I'm sure if mixed with something else it can most certainly work.
NSFW (Which stands for Not Safe For Work for those of you that aren't to internet lingo savy) is described as a true balanced red. And I must say, this is a shade I think will work on EVERYONE regardless of skin color or undertone because it is truly neutral.
So if you've read my 'About Me' section then you know I love anime, not the color, but anime itself. And oddly enough I feel like this is a fitting color for the name.
Anime is described as a vibrant neon pink and boy is it! I actually love it on! In the tube I thought it was going to be to bright on me but I actually like it.
The entire reason I bought this set was because of Black Dahlia. I wanted to try it before going out and buying a whole tube of the stuff and I'm glad I did.
Black Dahlia is described as a blackened red, and boy is it. Not only is it the darkest shade of the bunch, but it's also my favorite. I loooove loooove looove the way it looks on and I feel like it could flatter just about anyone with any skin color.
So that's all for the 4 pack! I want to say it's still aviliable at Sephora.com and if not I've seen it at every JCP Sephora I've been to, not sure about big stores.
Would recommend to a friend: In a heart beat!
Favorite Colors: All of them!
Least Favorite Color: Nome. Momento is bad on me alone but I will make it work.
